I hope I have some room here to write all the wonderful things this hotel and Brittany at the front desk did for me and my daughter on her wedding night. The staff went above and beyond to make their stay special and memorable! Brittany called me the day before to ask about anything we would like in the room and also made sure they were upgraded to a suite. They also put champagne and chocolate strawberries in the room along with decorating with things I dropped off and little special touches they added. I cannot say thank you enough to the staff and mostly Brittany! My daughter was giddy and so excited, I have a video of her going in the room and they were both so surprised and extremely happy. This was a short notice wedding as my new son-in-law is going into the Air Force, as I was also AF for 20 years and they took care of EVERYTHING at this hotel. I wish there were a way to express how appreciative I am for making this night special for them. Thank you Hotel Polaris and thank you Brittany, and the rest of the staff involved. You have made this retiree and her lovely daughter and son-in-law very happy and so thankful. Happy New Year, this place is second to NONE!

Super new nice building with good restaurant options and beautiful views. We really liked each of the food places we went to between the full service restaurant, the upstairs bar, and casual hot dog/milk shake place. The patio area with tons of places to sit and relax was real nice. The room was comfy with a nice couch, good view, and good selection amenities with a nice couch and big window. The Air Force stuff was a bit heavy handed, but also pretty ignoreable beyond the decor, so even if you aren't there for anything associated with the academy it was totally fine. Really appreciated the free parking!

Great staff. Electricity issue with room 709, the electricity tripped 5 times when using the Lavazza coffee maker. We would be without power and had to call the front desk to get the service technician to reset the circuit breaker. The cleaning staff threw away the pair of compression socks that were lying on the bottom shelf, which we thought was very odd. When we left, the front desk offered us an US Air Force bear to compensate for the trouble with electricity being tripped. Nice place. Ideal to visit US Air Force Academy.

This hotel is the one others should strive to emulate. The facility albeit new, is nevertheless spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff is kind, welcoming, and polite. They appear to have been very well trained. We had dinner downstairs and the food was fantastic. Afterward we went to the rooftop bar for a nightcap. It was a slow evening and we were the only ones there late, but we received friendly service from smiling staff. I will be staying here again whenever I am in the area.

This was our first stay at the Polaris and we will definitely come back. The location is superb, with easy access off the interstate and fantastic views of the Rampart Range to the west and Pikes Peak to the south. The outside recreational area on the west side of the hotel is fantastic, with something for the entire family. There are several options for food and drinks. Our room was very nice and fully equipped and had a great shower. The entire staff was over the top.
